Wow, how time flies and now its coming to yet another end of another fruitful year. For most people, the end of a year marks the beginning of yet another new journey and its the time when new resolutions would be made and goals to achieve something more in life are created. One of the goals that many have set forth earlier this year is to lose weight....
This year has been an amazing one for me given the opportunity to work with Suhami in his weight loss challenge. It was fun, hilarious and worth it! 17kg and still going down towards his brad pitt image, Suhaimi is certainly an inspiration for all out there who has been wanting to lose weight and failed miserably... So what's his secrets to losing weight given that he loves to eat, has an erratic work schedule and was at 126kg at his starting point.
Throughout the 13 episode program, Suhaimi shared how he loses his weight with his team of "Power Trio" myself, Dee Dee and Khairy who stood behind him in giving him the tips, consultation and right techniques and methods to lose weight naturally...and boy did it work! The fats seem to melt off from his body as the weeks go by.. I remember in every shooting, he would show us his belt and how much it has gone down week after week..Amazing! All this while he goes through a healthy program of healthy eating, combining with the right workout routines and positive support from his family members and team behind him....
So what's the secret?
